Returns & Refunds Policy

EU consumers may return ready-made original paintings within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

To request a return, contact me at bocediart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and securely packed, preferably in the original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless the artwork arrived damaged, incorrect or not as described. I recommend using tracked and insured return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after I receive the returned artwork or proof of return shipment. If the artwork is returned damaged, altered or reduced in value due to handling beyond normal inspection, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund.

Custom commissions, personalised artworks and made-to-order paintings are not eligible for return once the work has started, unless they arrive damaged or do not match the agreed order.

If an artwork arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the artwork, packaging and shipping label.
