Original paintings are packed carefully and shipped using tracked delivery whenever available.
Ready-made artworks are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment, unless the product page states otherwise. If an artwork is currently part of an exhibition, dispatch may take longer and the buyer will be informed.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout where applicable.
The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. I am not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, courier issues, customs procedures or local delivery services.
For international orders, the buyer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees charged in the destination country.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it and contact me at bocediart@gmail.com within 48 hours.
