Golden Mięćmierz — Light Beyond the Trees
Golden Mięćmierz is a small original oil painting
by Andrea Bocedi, measuring 20 × 20 cm. The composition opens
from deep green foreground shadow toward a luminous horizontal
passage of pale water, fields and trees touched by golden light.
Rather than showing a broad panoramic view, the painting concentrates
on the contrast between the dark, enclosed foreground and the bright
landscape visible beyond it. Trees and vegetation form a natural frame
around the distant opening.
A Landscape Built Around a Luminous Opening
The foreground occupies much of the square composition.
Dark greens, blue-greys and broken shadowed marks create
a dense area of grass, plants and earth beneath the trees.
Beyond this darker zone, the landscape becomes lighter

decorative summer greens. Cooler blue-green shadows dominate the
foreground, while warmer yellow and ochre notes appear only in the
illuminated distance.
Visible brushwork allows the lower part of the painting to remain
